The invitation of the Rainbow Taipei, Chinese Valentine's Day Evening Party to invite Taipei citizen and all LGBT friends of the public to participate and celebrate the 2009 Chinese Valentine's Day.

Program brief:
Everyone can freely participate activities or join dialogue with gays and lesbians who have been promoting LGBT civil rights movement in the past 10 years. Through the round-table discussion, we would like to share with everyone the progress that LGBT have made in the last ten years and by inviting old and new friends, to interact and stimulate new thoughts. In addition, we would like to formulate a bond between LGBT and general public through the round-table discussion, and to promote the concepts of LGBT civil rights movement to the general population.
